I used ceramic caps rated at 1kv and I don't think there's problems with sweep on the TV I'm working on, likely video output. But I'll address that in a different thread.
I'm not a fan of these couplates/PECs/modules whatever you call em. I do make my own but they aren't nearly as nice as the OP's.
