Your single channel UHF adapter was used from 1952 to 1954. Found it used in chassis V-2216-1 and others. VHF tuner V-10880-1 was used. You were limited to 2 plug ins. This one was in SAMS 167-15, BEITMANS Vol. 7. All the best, Tom
