On most TVs the chassis number is a better identifier than the model (since the same chassis number would be stuffed in dozens of cabinets each cabinet getting it's own model number). On Zenith TVs the chassis number is usually on a big sticker on the back of the HV cage and will be starring you right in the face when you take the back off. The chassis # should be two digits, two letters and two more digits (unless it is a late 60's/newer set that uses tubes AND transistors)....For instance 29JC20 16HQ19, etc.
