Are those for a Pilot TV by chance? If so, there are a lot of threads on here and ARF that should reveal where they found their high-voltage caps.

I scrapped a Knight-kit scope that had two .1 caps @ 2KV. They appear to be the ASC brand. They checked out perfectly, no leakage whatsoever.
I'm going to install them in my two Porta-Colors, without regrets.
