Look near the bottom of the page for the words "This file is downloadable free of charge:" and you should see "processing..." - after 30 seconds or so it'll change to "get Manual" and becomes a link to the manual.
I just did this, so it's not a scam or malware site. I've pulled manuals from Elektrotanya many times without trouble.
