That's a 1962 Zenith 19" B&W in the metal cabinet with the SC300 remote (missing the remote). This was one of the last Zeniths to still use the all tube remote chassis. I have one just like it (the speaker grille is different). The chassis and model numbers on mine are: 16H25Q H2214. And here's a pic of it working:
