Yes you can tweak the audio alignment. First make sure
the FT is proper. In one direction the pix will get wormy,
tear, buzz. From that point turn the other way till the pix
just clears up.
If you go too far the audio will drop & pix wash out.
Before tweaking try KNOWN good SIF & detector tubes.
Best to have new tubes if you align anyways. A minor recap
of the audio may help too but some should not be changed
unless you KNOW they are bad.
