It is. I would not call it PERFECT...but it seems to have good emission and cutoff. Life tests hold a few seconds--then falls though. still I am sure someone could use it. It IS a 17 inch tube after all--just measured it.
I do not really know anything much about the chassis, only that it is a 10l4 something with a tube rect.
