check the plate voltage of the horz osc tube.

I did replace about 6 paper caps (orange and green drops) around this area
but there was no cap from the VDR to ground on the Sams
HV control varies grid on HOT from -30 to -19 VDC when it should be -70
Once I get home, I will check and update.
I also have a flat full of Sylvania-Colonial parts to check
