It's a fine tester for B/W CRT's. You have to careful with the rejuvenation process. It's a little brutal. Dynamic intensifier, Medium should be used and that's when the CRT doesn't have any reading at all.
BTW, B&K made a color adaptor, that was a box with an RGB switch on it and a socket for a 21FJ type CRT. It connected to the 12 pin socket.
