Too bad I no Sprechen Zie Espanol...But I VAGUELY remember something of some sort of BIZARRE "2-color" color TV system being developed in Mexico, around the same time NTSC was being developed here... Anybody else recall that, or izzit just ANOTHER one of my zany Brain Farts ?!?
