Check out the color when the bar owner goes to change the channel.
Also, check out the console that appears "on" later in the film. Not only is the channel indicator not lit, this was supposed to be 1976 and I don't think LED channel indicators were used at the time, at least not on Zenith sets.
Not TV related, but still related to the film, a 1977 Cadillac with paint fading is used by the main character in the last scene.
