Swapping the yoke will involve redoing most or all of the following adjustments: purity, static convergence, dynamic convergence, centering, vertical height/linearity, HV, and focus.
Not exactly a cake walk (especially if you're not familiar with the first three), but once one reaches the level of familiarity I have with those adjustments you can get it right in a couple of hours give or take.
You may be able to get most of those right easier by marking the exact positions of everything before teardown.
