I've got a 2010 47" Sanyo LCD that I could fix and sell if a main board would come along; but, I'd be afraid to sell it even if I fixed it. These idiots around here would crack the screen in the process of taking it home and then they'd be back on my butt, claiming that I sold them a bad TV and demanding their money back.

Also, the price of flat panels keep coming down and it's almost to the point that most people can afford to buy a new TV and used ones don't bring that much.

I remember the first TV I ever sold was back around '90-'91 and it was an early '60's 17" VHF-only RCA portable B&W. I sold it to a young married couple for $25 and they were happy to get it. Now, 99% of most young couples think they are "entitled" to the best of everything because their parents spoiled them rotten by giving them everything they ever wanted.
