I bought the set about two years ago, it's in a thread on this forum dating about that time.. It was in the spare bedroom for that long and when I lifted the set up and moved it out I noticed alot of dead termites and wings.. I have wood floors in the house and I noticed they got into a few inches of the floor where the set was sitting.. Other than that I didn't notice them anywhere else. I should spray some chemicals in that area of the floor.. The TV set obviously had termites already in it when I got it.. I noticed droppings here and there when it was sitting in the room.. They are in there pretty bad, there isn't anything noticeable damaged other then the very bottom which could be replaced with another piece of wood..
