Prepare to do a full replacement of the capacitors, this could be the source of the hum and other troubles. C.R.T has a brightner and may need cleaning or rejuvenating.. I dont see a transformer on this tv and it will need an isolation transformer because the chassis is connected to one side of the AC line, Other than that,it looks promising..
