How is it not running? Typically, if your motor doesn't turn over, it is shot, which is typically how I find these projectors-burned up from running without any oil.
Those two reels of film are interesting-One looks to be a home movie, while the other uses magnetic sound, which was popular for news footage during the 60s and 70s. Either way, I would NEVER run those films through that projector-they are probably one of a kind reels of reversal film, and that projector is a cheapo film shredder-put it on a shelf for display only. The films should be interesting, but good luck finding someone with a mag sound projector.
