Seeing this thread, I had to check the set that I have. It is a 49-1040. I would guess very similar. I look forward to working on it soon and comparing the outcome. Thanks fore sharing Phil!
Update: I just checked the CRT and it tests good. It is a 10BP4 I believe. It is not on the tube layout.
