Cool! those are fairly scarce, I do not have one....yet! I have always wondered if that set uses a CRT with directly heated cathodes (like the KV-5000) or indirectly heated cathodes (like the KV-9000). If the set has been unplugged for a while, how long does it take for the picture brightness to come up to near full when the set is plugged in and quickly turned on? Does the brightness come up quicker if the set has been off for a while (but plugged in) and then turned on?
