I got across the secondary of a microwave transformer and that almost killed me. Better to put it in the trash and buy a new one like everyone else.
Im not afraid of the line or tv voltages at all.
The danger is over 1000 volts ac where theres allot of available current. Microwave over/ neon sign transformer will kill you dead and leave you smoking.
