I got mine working. The crystal master oscillator would not run at first.
So I unsoldered the oscillator transistor to check it (checked good), then soldered the transisitor back in and the darn thing took off.
Then I cleaned all those switch contacts with some Deoxit, and all seems fine.
These are very nice pattern generators that likely cost big bucks in their day. Hopefully someone can use that one Ray has. I can't imagine it will be too hard to get the audio oscillator working. That's a completely separate analog circuit from the video.
