Was it the light gray one with the slightly angled ear piece, or dark gray with straight ear piece? Best bet would be to watch eBay for "sony earphone", or just buy a Sony transistor radio from the 70s which may include one on eBay, and resell the radio. If I have one, it would be the newer type from the 80s/90s (light tan), and inferior quality to the early ones.
