Are you sure it's color? It sort of looks like a B&W to me.
If it is color, I'd say it's from the '65-'70 time period. Color sets before '65 had round CRT's.
If it's B&W, I'd say between '60-'65.
Do you know if the stereo portion is solid state or tube type? If the stereo is solid state, it probably won't be older than about '64-'65. A tube stereo would likely make it no newer than '65.
