Somewhere, I've got a NOS Philips-ECG branded 6LF6; so, it would have had to have been during the '80's, maybe even early '90's. Our local parts house was still carrying ECG tubes as late as the early-to-mid '90's. I remember buying an ECG 31JS6 for an RCA color portable. This was sometime in the mid '90's and I think the tube was around $17. I wonder if ECG tubes were made in one of the old Sylvania or other domestic plants or were they foreign made?
