I asked a friend who has a repair shop here in SD. He recalls there being a bulletin on this model and a few others for this problem. 1st, check for poor solder joints on the 'A' board in the Zero Crossing Detector circuit (ZCD) and Q605,D690 then Q690. Also check D647 for short.
Edit: With the board solder side facing you in the service position, the effected components should be located on the lower midpoint of the mainboard.
