I had a Triumph Oscilliscope(labeled Oscilligraph on the case) that was accepted by the US Navy in 1944. There was a metal tag on the top indicating this.
I gave it to the Texas Parks and Wildlife dept. for use in the USS Texas battleship radio room restoration.
It was in much better cosmetic condition than the above radio.
