Zenith used only numeric suffixes. The 9-89 had only one variant: the 9-89-01. Per the CRSP manual, your chassis used only the 9-89.

Caveat: PTS and United Tuner used the -R suffix on modules to denote their rebuilt modules (yes they sold new modules too) - so a 9-89-R may exist, but it would be obvious - PTS used Sharpies to mark the module with the module part number and date, and United Tuner used a price sticker with the date - most of the imprints fade with time.
