I just happened to have posted a YouTube video showing how to do it for about $10 using a BT video modulator. I'm using a DVD player, but I could just have well have used an HDTV converter. A network takes an old analog show, digitizes it, compresses it and broadcasts it. I receive it, decode it, modulate it and rebroadcast in NTSC
Bonus - it works on every analog set I have (and maybe my neighbors too
)
