I've read through some recent posts and see that there are some hard feelings about outsiders posting here or doing other things to tweak the collectors. I understand that..looks like I picked a bad time to make my post. I'm not an electronics guy..nor a TV collector, my wife and I have had this TV for over 12 years, it was her mothers. We don't have room for it anymore. I am not looking be a profiteer but I don't want to foolishly get rid of it either. I had hoped to be able to have a friendly discussion with some knowledgable folks about what this TV is and what it might be worth. I am clearly in the right place, as I can tell from reading the forums that the folks here are passionate about their vintage electronics and know what they are talking about. I hope this clears up who I am and what my intentions are..and I still hope to learn a thing or two about this TV.
