It's hard to say what chassis is in it. It's highly possible that it's got the horizontal solid state chassis of the early '70's or maybe the vertical CCII chassis. I don't think it's new enough to have a system 3 chassis. It does look like a remote set.
By them mentioning "antique", that means they aren't planning on letting it go for $10 or $20.
