Disposal fees? If we have a set to get rid of, we stick it on the side of the road by the trash can. If someone (like us) doesn't get to it first, the big trash truck comes around every two weeks and picks them up with the giant claw. At least, that's what they do in the city.
Out in the sticks, you do like Charles and shoot it up with a gun and either put the remains in the dumpster (if you have one) or bury what's left in the back yard.
