I'm sure the seller thinks the tube is burned out because it no longer has a picture, they said it used to so odds are it wouldn't suddenly burn out, probably no high voltage.
It would be good for someone who could pick it up, unfortunately I can't think of one single person in Ohio who collects old TV sets
