Only within the couple years or so have I liked old TV's. I have yet to make any decent scores. I've just got a couple 13" or less TV's that really aren't too fantastic. A little 10" '82 Quazar with an off center screen, A 13" '84 Sony that tends to have a fuzzy picture even on direct input through the RF, and a 12" '87 black and white Emerson that works just fine but eh. A TV I really want right now is a smaller rectangular tube console with the little "peg leg" feet. The best TV I have right now is a 2002 25" RCA bought new. I really like this old stuff but if something goes wrong with them I'm screwed since I know nothing about diagnosing and fixing TV's.
