I like y'all's insights of the Eames Era. A half-used jar of Hellman's from 1997 can be classified as classic, as far as some eclectic sellers are concerned.

Too bad a few years ago I tried out chips fried in Olestra. I was leaky and out of spec for a day or so. NEVER AGAIN!!!
