I looked this up as I'm not too familiar with it, either. Looks like it was introduced as sort of a "cost-cutter" chassis, in the same family as the CTC-19 & CTC-20 table models. This saw the use of 2 I.F./2 video amps. So, probably not the best performer, but something of a rarity these days. (as are most tube chassis color sets)
