If you want it from a collector standpoint (and it sounds like you don't) or know a collector close by who may want it or if you just wanted to play around with a tube type TV, I'd get it.

If you wanted it to fix and sell, I'd leave it alone. You probably couldn't give it away if you taped a $10 bill to the screen. Back in the early '90's, a set like that would bring between $35 and $50 in good condition. About eight years ago, I sold my last 19" B&W for $10; and, it took some time to do that. It was a clean mid '70's Zenith SS B&W in excellent working condition.
