That's a Daewoo chassis and probably not worth the effort. I tossed a couple of those a few months ago. One had a bad regulator IC and the other had a bad flyback. You might try
www.tritronicsinc.com for that IC. If they don't have it at a reasonable cost, I'd probably junk it.
You'll probably have more luck with the sanyo. Check the rectifier diodes and the voltage regulator transistor if the fuse is blown.
