I have an RCA 9T243 that I have not tested, so I may get in contact with you if I need some unusual part. My set is complete and its cabinet is in pretty good condition.
Speaking of keeping old TVs versus just parts, I have an RCA 8T241 that I got in 1980 from the basement of my first apartment. I have still never done anything with it, but I recently looked at it and noticed its cabinet is really rotted along its back and bottom area, so it may ultimately be only good for parts.
That first apartment, by the way, is available now for rent. They have totally remodeled the building, it looks like:

Picture #4 shows what appears to now be the master bedroom. That was the formal dining room when my brother and I lived there and we called it the "tube room". We had bought about 10,000 old tubes from a surplus store in Chicago where I worked that closed down, and we had all the sorted and boxed tubes on shelves on one whole wall of that room. I did all of my early repair work in that room as well.
