The suprising fact (to me) is that it is in fact a Czech film!
Now I am thinking about the way we store information in our memory: I´ve seen this movie once on a TV broadcast, more than 30 years ago. The visual elements in the film are as I recalled them, but not the music! The Albinoni adagio has nothing to do with it. Thinking about the way our memories are stored and recalled, it came to my mind that incredible masterpiece of Alain Resnais, "Last year at Marienbad" (
