I suppose there will be a time in the far future when we run out of third world toilets to get stuff made at 25 cents an hour. There's most of Africa that hasn't been touched yet, Afghanistan, and such places too.
Hopefully sooner or later everyone will be at USA levels, and do it in a healthy biosphere. Didn't say that would be easy to make happen...
