beleive it or not I've already sent curtpalme an email, he hasn't replied yet though.
Swapping the crt boards is an excelent idea. I planned on checking all the voltages on all three boards but swapping them for more instant and rock hard results sounds even better.
I'm hoping the tube is OK. I don't think finding it would be very easy. And rebuilding from what I've heard is rare and expensive.
