yeah, same here with the am stations here. there is only one am that plays big band. at least there is one.
unfortunately, it looks like the cartridge on the record player is bad. wonder where i'm gonna find that.
i was listing to an fm station yesterday and it played pretty well. the volume pot needs cleaning and i don't recall the tuning eye working in the fm chassis. the eye in the am chassis works. maybe i'll do a quick swap to see if the fm eye is still good or not.
i do at least know of a local shop that has that 6u5 tube NIB for 35 bucks.
