Your set has a 14B38Z chassis (1971). Those caps are part of the horizontal phase detector circuit. The caps that read "2X51" mean a combination of two 51 pF capacitors, both sharring a common lead. The other "2X.001" is two .001 uF caps with common lead. (Both caps are 500 volt). You can take two new caps, twist two ends together to make a 3 pin cap. Just make sure that the twisted leads on the two new caps is in the same spot as the middle lead on the original cap when you go solder it in.
As for the zenith parts numbers that got smeared, the .001 combo cap is a 22-21 and the 51 pF is a 22-25

You shouldnt have any problems getting that to work out.
