RCA VBT-200 was Matsushita's first VHS VCR ever made. This chassis lasted for 4 years, up until 1981. The flagships of this same chassis were Magnavox VK-8229, Quasar VH-5155, Panasonic PV-1650, and RCA VDT625. They added SLP recording speed, 14-day, 8-program timer, feather-touch tuner (no knobs), and slow/freeze frame playback.
