And of course the same voice stating that "Tonight's episode is The Experiment" while the words "The Experiment" appeared on the screen reminded me of Police Squad, where the voice would say something like "Tonight's episode, A Deadly Trap" and the words on the screen would be something completely different.

Invaders was one of those shows I missed growing up. It was either on after my bedtime or the content was not approved by "she who controlled the TV", my mother. Likely the latter. When it hit syndication and I was old enough to watch it, it was not shown in the town I lived in. I would only get to see it when we would travel down to see relatives in LA. I'd bet I've only seen 4 episodes total in all these years. I want to see more!
