In the early 70's, I remember the Washington DC station running Muntz commercials. Frankly, I can't remember what exactly they were selling--TVs?--Used Cars?. But to this day, I can hear the female announcer saying "Mad Man Muntz says..."
Too bad I can't remember what he said!
