Found at least one reason for popping Two resistors in horiz. output circuit were crossing each other. Looks like it happenned from all the mis handling over it's moving, etc.
Still may not have a good flyback in it. I had also been getting alot of corona, and, hv arcing. It appears the donut is failing. I now have a brand new flyback for it.
I think the reason vert. is still not running is because I have to reverse two wires on winding of vert. oscilator transformer. That should bring vertical back.
I accidentally destroyed the 4th video if transformer when chassis nearly fell on the floor. Replaced that. Set's working again, getting better reception than before.
If I can solve the popping, hv problem, vertical problem, and do re tuning, minor issue, I should have set working like new. Then, I'll be able to put it back together, and finnish final adjustments on its' own tube.
I now have put the original family table lamp on top of the set.
I'll get a picture of that.
