At this time I don't have a camera, so I can't take any pics. but I can give a description. there are 2 prongs about 3/4" apart with 2 more about 1/2" apart below them. the top right prong is slightly larger than the rest. the bottom prongs are centered so that an imaginary line drawn would slant inward.
