Last time I asked, the cost to rebuild is still under $150. They skyrocketed to that, after VDC bought out all the local CRT rebuilders. In the 80s and early 90s, I'd get Predicta tubes (and all other B&W CRTs including 10BP4s) for $29 at Dunbar, and 21FJP22s for $39.50 all day long. Then B&W's went to $39, and delta color tubes to $50.

Straight answer to the question: I'd say maybe the cost of a present-day rebuilt. NOS may still have gas, or other problems. Predictas are not rare in any way, so having a NOS Philco tube with tags hidden inside the shell wouldn't make any difference in the TV value, in my opinion. In the case of an early RCA like a 621, having a silver-inked screenprinted original RCA tube with a 1946 date code is very important. But not for a Predicta.
