Got any pictures of the set? I have a 1959 b/w Magnavox combo that used to be my great-grandmother's, it was the first TV I ever sucessfully repaired when I inherited it back in the summer of 2000. This thread has a picture of it after I put a new CRT in it a few months ago:

With the cap you could try mouser, they seem to have more of the obscure values of electrolytics, I think I remember them having a 130mfd-250v cap, also you could just put 2 caps in parallel, a 100 and a 30, or an 80 and a 50.
